I have a wide skill set in the health and fitness industry. With a background in fitness instruction, nutrition; weight loss and weight management, yoga instruction; delivering to adults, teenagers and children, as well as massage therapy treatments - my services make me accessible to all.

Jack of all trades is a term that sometimes springs to mind, but my experience of being a mother, whilst preparing for competition, holding down full time jobs, continually updating my skills, keeping a constant eye on my own wellbeing as well as those around me qualifies me to deliver the right service to you, standing me out from the rest. I consider myself to be both inspiring and motivating in character, once met not likely to be forgotten!

EXPERIENCE


From an early age sport and fitness have featured in my life. I have always been able to combine the demands of full time careers which include: Metropolitan Police Constable, British Airways Cabin Crew / Manager, Health and Fitness Professional as well as being a parent with the discipline to maintain my own level of fitness.

Having prepared mentally and physically for numerous half marathons, the London Marathon, national indoor rowing, national cross training challenges, karate fighting grades and appearance as a televised contender on LWT's original ‘Gladiators’, I have a clear understanding of what it takes to have set goals and working towards achievement.

Yoga features predominantly in my current fitness regime - the strength and mental focus being my favourite elements.
